Our petite notecards and matching envelopes offer a most personal, classy and luxurious way of delivering a short message or just some greetings to your friends, business partners, or beloved family. Write in style!
Coming to you neatly packaged in a minimalist hand-made design box, they also make for an ideal gift to all paper and stationery lovers.
As each single piece is entirely hand-crafted in our studio, no two cards or envelopes are the same. Depending on the style you’re aiming at, their delicate, characteristic „deckled“ edges may add to a romantic „old-world“ look of sorts, but due to their natural and tactile qualities, they perfectly pair with airy, modern designs, too.
This smaller-sized format also fits into our larger sized envelopes and thus can serve e.g. as RSVP/„Kindly Reply“ cards as part of a wedding suite.

Taupe is a warm, brownish grey, being sophisticated and neutral at equal measure. Regarding its brightness, Taupe’s located in about the middle of the spectrum and thus works well with typography both in a brighter or a darker color. Thanks to the portion of brown this shade contains, copper would also be a perfect match, be it as foiling or pigmented ink.

Our paper is internally sized to take ink and suitable for calligraphy, letterpress, foil and inkjet printing as well as watercolor, embossing and much more.

NOTE: As these are hand-made products, their weight and color intensity may slightly vary from batch to batch, while the overall shade stays the same. We’ll do our best to ensure that all pieces within one set or order come from the same batch, are consistent and a „best match“, though!

For calligraphers: If you’ve ever worked with hand-made paper, you possibly know that a sharp pointed nib (as opposed to usual fountain pens and other writing supplies) can easily catch on the soft cotton fibers, especially in turns or with upstrokes. While writing on our (original) highly textured paper is absolutely possible with an appropriate nib and given, that your hand is trained to be light and steady, we’d yet like to provide you with a different finish – developed especially for you! For this, we dry-press the finished paper a second time to obtain a much smoother and less „catchy“ surface which makes doing calligraphy (almost) a breeze.
