Thank you for your interest in the goods from our PANOPTICUM SHOP. On this page we will inform you about shipping details.

Shipping with DHL

We ship our goods as standard with DHL (Deutsche Post AG). You will receive a tracking number for your order, which you can use to track the current shipping status and location of your order.
For larger quantities of goods, we may use a different shipper. In this case, we will inform you about the respective shipper and all delivery details before shipping the goods.

Where do we ship to?

Currently (summer 2022) we ship to all countries in the European Union, countries in Europe outside the EU, as well as the United States and Canada. If you would like delivery to a country not included in this list, please contact us in advance. We will then inform you whether this is possible and, if so, agree with you individually all the conditions of delivery.

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping will be displayed before you complete the payment process in our online store. There are no shipping costs for digital products, of course.
